Suzanne Rodgers

Suzanne Rodgers is Senior Vice President of Benefit Solutions and PEO Pricing for Insperity, a role she assumed in late May 2026. She brings extensive experience with benefits, client service and leading large, complex teams through change.

Before joining Insperity, Suzanne spent eight years at another professional employer organization (PEO), where she served as a site leader and transitioned into a role on the senior leadership team. She also worked with Subway franchisees through Independent Purchasing Cooperative, managing large purchasing and insurance programs while helping franchise owners control costs and reduce complexity.

Suzanne is known as a hands‑on leader who builds strong teams and helps them innovate in ways that improve both employee and client experiences.

She holds a degree in business management and international business from Northwood University.
