Your guide to Insperity HR360 pricing
When it comes to the Insperity® HR360 solution, our service is not one size fits all, and neither are our quotes. Here’s what goes into an Insperity HR360 investment and why getting it right matters.
At Insperity, we believe you deserve transparency before you commit.
That means understanding your business first, then building a number you can trust.
How we build your Insperity HR360 quote
Insperity HR360 isn’t priced like software with a flat monthly rate that’s the same for everyone. Your Insperity service fee is built from two categories of costs.
The variables within each category are why we need to understand your business before we can give you a quote.
Direct cost allocations
These are the costs directly tied to employing your workforce, and they vary based on your team and the benefits structure that’s right for them. It’s likely you’re already paying for many of these, so they won’t be net-new costs for your business.
- Payroll taxes
- Workers’ compensation
- Employee access to benefits
- Employer-related liability coverage
HR service allocations
This is a fixed-dollar per-employee charge that covers the full scope of Insperity HR360 services. It’s customized for you based on the size of your business and won’t increase if you pay your employees more.
Options in the marketplace
HR solutions vary – so do their prices
If you’ve started researching HR solutions, you’ve probably noticed a wide range of options at very different price points. That’s not random. They’re genuinely different solutions with different scopes, service models and implications for your business.
While analyzing these options might be overwhelming, an Insperity Business Performance Advisor can work with you to determine which solution is the best fit for where your business is now and where you want to take it.
This is software that automates HR tasks like payroll processing, time tracking and benefits enrollment. You’re still doing the work, the technology just makes it more efficient. This option typically is the lowest cost, but the full HR responsibility stays with you.
Insperity does not offer this option; all of our solutions include a service component.
This includes everything from the previous option with the addition of support from an HR service team that acts as a responsive, consultative partner. This describes the Insperity HRCore™ solution.
Discover Insperity HRCoreThis HR solution uses a co-employment model. Under co-employment, a professional employer organization (PEO) partners with your business to allocate HR responsibilities and help mitigate employer-related risk. This helps provide a better employee experience, payroll and administrative relief, employee access to Fortune 500-level benefits and support to boost your business growth. The Insperity HR360 solution is an example of this.
Discover Insperity HR360This option is ideal for businesses that want the full co-employment model paired with enterprise-grade HR technology. The Insperity HRScale™ solution, built on the Workday platform, is a game changer in this category.

Do your homework
Pricing peace of mind starts with answers
How a PEO handles the details tells you everything about how it will treat you as a client. These questions separate the straightforward providers from the ones that will surprise you once the invoices start arriving.
- What’s included in your base price, and what else am I going to be charged for throughout the year?
- When an employee receives a raise or bonus, will I pay more in administrative fees?
- What happens to my fees when an employee works overtime?
We ask ourselves these questions, too. And we’re ready to answer every one of them.
