Andy Ramzel

• Senior Vice President, Risk Management and Insurance Services

Andy Ramzel is Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance Services for Insperity, a role he assumed in May 2026. He brings deep expertise in insurance, risk and employment-related matters to the position.

Andy joined Insperity in June 2007 and has held several leadership and legal roles during this time, including Vice President of Property and Casualty and Managing Counsel in the Legal department.

Andy has practiced law in both the public and private sectors, at one point working as a prosecutor. These experiences shaped his practical, clearheaded approach to problem-solving.

He holds a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. He previously served on the board of directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations.
