Megg Withinton is an experienced analytics leader, currently serving as the vice president of enterprise analytics at Insperity, where a focus on data-driven strategies supports operational priorities. Prior to this role, she served in roles at Intellective Group, Aspect Market Intelligence, The Incentive Research Foundation and Maritz. She holds a master’s degree in quantitative psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
