Tony began his career with Insperity in July of 2007. His professional experience includes teaching, sales, sales management, performance management, human resources, and recruiting. He currently serves on the Insperity Recruiting Service’s Enterprise MidMarket/Emerging Growth Recruiting Team, which supports some of the company’s largest and fastest growing clients. Before making the transition to recruiting, Tony was a junior high school band director for nine years, during which time he produced one of the most successful music programs in Texas and was an awarded top salesman and sales manager for a school-related sales organization. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from Baylor University with additional training in school administration and human resource management.
