Marsha Bustos is the manager of FLSA Services in the Administrative Compliance Center of Excellence. She joined Insperity in September 2013 as the manager of Records Administration Center of Excellence. Marsha moved to the Administrative Compliance Center of Excellence in February 2015 where she and her team assist clients with their compliance efforts relating to the white-collar exemptions of the FLSA. In addition, she also administratively assists Insperity’s clients when they are faced with a Department of Labor audit or a wage claim. Marsha was the paralegal for labor and employment for Key Energy Services, Inc. in Houston before being promoted to director of records management and litigation support. Marsha earned the Circle of Excellence award for implementing a records management program for Key Energy Services, while continuing to administratively manage the litigation docket of the publicly traded company. Marsha earned her BFA from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and is currently working on her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She lives in Kingwood, Texas with her husband, and they enjoy traveling to California and Washington to visit their adult children.
