Fernanda Anzek joined Insperity in 2013 as Manager of HR Services and advanced to become Director of HR Operations in 2016. She now serves as Managing Director of HR Operations. With over 15 years of business leadership experience across organizations of all sizes, Anzek has honed her expertise in customer service, succession planning, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, mediation and performance management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in business from Texas A&M University, blending her academic background with practical leadership skills to drive impactful results.
