Christian P. Callens

Christian P. Callens has served as Senior Vice President, Legal, General Counsel & Secretary since January 2024.  Mr. Callens joined Insperity in January 2014 as Managing Counsel and Assistant Secretary, in which role he led the Transactions and Corporate Law Practice Group.  He was promoted to Deputy General Counsel, Managing Counsel & Assistant Secretary in October 2022.  Prior to joining Insperity in 2014, Christian was counsel in the corporate practice of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.  He also previously held an executive position at a privately-held technology company. Mr. Callens began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable John Minor Wisdom of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, where he was senior managing editor of the Tulane Law Review and a member of The Order of the Coif.
