Lynsey Davis has over 15 years of human resources experience and has held progressive HR positions for large Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the construction and oil and gas industries. Through these positions, she has honed her skills in employee relations, talent management, unions and labor relations, compliance, employee engagement and recruiting. While at Insperity, Davis has worked within the middle market sector and assisted with clients ranging in size from 150-2,200 employees with locations all around the U.S. She supports her clients with their human capital strategy and the ever-changing compliance landscape. Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a marketing concentration from Baylor University, Master of Jurisprudence in labor and employment law at Tulane University and certifications as a Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-Certified Professional.
