Lynsey has over 10 years of HR experience and has held progressive HR positions for large Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the construction and oil & gas industries. Lynsey has significant experience & expertise in employee relations, talent management, unions/labor relations, compliance, employee engagement, and recruiting. Prior to Insperity, she was an HR Manager responsible for building an HR Department at a small company that was named to the Fastest Growing Companies in Houston list. Lynsey is passionate about HR and about working at Insperity. While at Insperity, Lynsey has worked within the Middle Market sector and has assisted with clients ranging in size from 150 employees to 2,200 employees with locations all around the US. She supports her clients with their human capital strategy and the ever-changing compliance landscape. Lynsey graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA – Marketing concentration). In 2015, Lynsey earned her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. In 2018, Lynsey completed her Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law (MJ-LEL) at Tulane University. Lynsey has represented Insperity as a panelist to discuss important and business-critical HR topics in partnership with the Association of Corporate Growth – Denver chapter. Lynsey has assisted with the Insperity corporate internship by presenting to, and leading discussions with, interns about various topics such as EEO and ADA. Lynsey was the recipient of the quarterly Insperity Q3 2020 MVP award, as well as the Insperity 2020 Annual MVP award for Middle Market.
