Lisa brings more than twenty years of experience in project-based consultation in business strategy, change management, executive coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness and human resources on initiatives that cement goals and drive competitive growth. She has consulted for a broad range of industries, including e-commerce, education, financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit and technology. Lisa also has a background in executive education, training, higher education and research. She has held various leadership and faculty positions within higher education both domestically and internationally. Her research and applied work has been cited and featured in U.S. News and World Reports, The Financial Times, Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University, a Master of Education in administration, planning and social policy from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychobiology from Wellesley College. She successfully completed the Post-Merger Integration Module (15 Hours) - Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA).
