Lisa has been improving human performance for over 20 years. During this time, she has led many performance improvement, business strategy, training, and change management consultants in a variety of industries to improve performance at the people, process, and organizational levels. As a certified performance technologist, her work includes alignment of people, process, and strategy, business strategy design, performance and needs analysis, workflow assessment and redesign, change management, implementation planning, and performance measurement . She’s proficient in Six Sigma, Human Performance Technology, Business Process Management, and many change management methodologies. She holds her Masters in Business Administration, along with designations from Society of Human Resource Management, Project Management Institute, and the Association of Change Management Professionals.
