Laurie began her career with Insperity in July 2011. She has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of leadership, performance management, strategic planning, training and employee relations. Today she and her team work to identify key HR solutions to help clients grow their companies and meet their business goals. She has a passion for providing premium service and solutions-focused support to her clients, helping to develop and implement human capital and compliance strategies. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration (with a concentration in marketing) from Towson University as well as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
