If you want to be an effective leader, you must learn how to stop making assumptions. Otherwise, you risk destroying your credibility. Here’s how.
Jason Langston, a 20-year veteran educator, is a sale trainer on Insperity’s sales performance improvement team. Much of Jason’s teaching experience was at the secondary level where he coached volleyball, golf and debate while teaching communications applications. Because Jason’s education career was tightly focused on character development, client buy-in and personal growth, his extracurricular teams routinely excelled at every level, culminating in a National Debate Championship in 2018. Jason excelled at extracting discretionary effort from his students resulting in numerous awarded scholarships for students to elite programs across the nation, including Harvard, Cornell and Pepperdine. Today, Jason leverages the philosophies and lessons learned from his career in education to train and mentor Insperity’s Business Performance Advisors so they can help business owners reach their goals and help their communities prosper. He graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s School of Education.
