Dylan Glad joined Insperity in March 2017 as a sales performance consultant. In March 2020, he was promoted to manager of sales performance improvement. With more than 25 years of coaching, leadership, and player development experience, Glad's insights have helped countless individuals, families and players reach their goals and fulfill their highest potential. He is a former corporal in the US Marine Corps, and holds a Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of Houston. Glad is a practitioner of the Six Boxes model to performance thinking, a Situational Leadership II facilitator and a trainer in the DISC model of human behavior. Most recently he completed the certified business performance advisor courses offered by Bauer Business college at the University of Houston.
