Celenia has more than 15 years of experience in human resources. She began her career with Insperity almost 10 years ago and is currently a manager of human resource operations with the company. She works with human resource professionals to identify key HR solutions to help clients grow their company and meet their business goals. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management from City University of New York-Baruch College and is a long-term member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Celenia holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
