Cassie Richardson has been with Insperity for over 16 years, and she has over 20 years of experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations, HR infrastructure, employee development and human capital strategy. Richardson has a bachelor's degree in business administration and HR management from Oklahoma State University. Richardson also holds Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional certifications, and she's a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
