Amy Flynn currently serves as Manager of Strategic Consulting Services at Insperity. With 25 years of professional background in human resources, coaching, counseling psychology, higher education and diversity, equity and inclusion, Flynn has worked with thousands of individuals and countless companies to help them to reach their organizational goals. Her experience in the DEI space spans her career and includes expertise in strategic planning, training and development of impactful diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives, as well as content creation. A trusted client partner and advisor, Flynn believes that how we understand and treat others is fundamental to personal and professional success. She finds great joy in helping clients reflect on where they are on their DEI journey and then designing a unique path forward based on growth opportunities. A graduate of Merrimack College with a bachelorís degree in psychology, Flynn earned her masterís in counseling psychology from Northeastern University and is certified in DEI in the Workplace.
