Transforming communities through corporate citizenship

Investing in the communities where we live and work is foundational to our mission at Insperity, so we look for opportunities to go beyond ourselves to impact the lives of those around us. Our giving strategy is threefold.

Employee support

If it matters to our employees, it matters to us. We give our employees volunteer paid time off, company matching for eligible donations, nonprofit board service support and more, so they can be philanthropic solutions in their communities.

Client support

We support charitable nonprofit clients through volunteer events, awareness campaigns and client spotlights.

Future workforce support

We team up with nonprofits to make a meaningful impact – supporting early talent, helping people from underserved communities find stable jobs and welcoming those reentering the workforce after life’s disruptions.

Impact begins with our people

When our employees thrive, so do our communities. Insperity’s support starts from within, helping to ensure that our people have the tools and encouragement to make real change where it matters most.

Employee wellbeing

By offering our employees various incentives to volunteer, Insperity is promoting a culture of total wellbeing. Studies have shown that volunteering boosts overall health, promotes mental health and decreases stress, depression and anxiety.

Incentive grants for charitable activities

Employees who contribute 25 volunteer hours to a single nonprofit are eligible for a $250 grant for that organization. Additionally, employees serving on the board of a qualifying nonprofit can earn a $1,000 grant for the organization.

Matching gift program

Insperity matches employee donations to eligible nonprofits, up to $5,000 per employee each year.

Paid volunteer time off

Corporate employees receive 12 paid volunteer hours per quarter and access to meaningful volunteer opportunities.

Scholarship program

Insperity provides annual merit scholarships for children of employees through a national program.

Team building

Our leaders recognize the value of spending time together while helping others. Insperity teams build stronger connections through volunteering together, whether they are repairing homes, delivering meals or supporting local communities.

The Insperity Fund

The Insperity Fund helps employees facing personal crises like illness, natural disasters or the loss of a loved one.

Volunteer initiatives

We support nationwide volunteer efforts including food drives, home repairs and meal deliveries in underserved communities.

Volunteer recognition

Employees are recognized for exceptional community service, including through the President’s Volunteer Service Award program.

Philanthropy isn’t a checkbox. It’s a commitment. Insperity’s grant programs provide vital resources to eligible nonprofits, fueling their missions and expanding their reach. We partner with eligible organizations to meet urgent community needs, offering financial support aligned with our corporate contribution guidelines.
