TimeStar support is here to help you by phone, email and online. Our support center is located at Insperity’s Time and Attendance headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin — not offshore — giving our support teams direct access to the software engineers who built TimeStar.

Online Live Support

Interact with a TimeStar technical support representative using two-way screen sharing through our Online Live Support, enabling us to quickly diagnose and remedy issues.

Online Live Support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.

Note: This free service requires you to be enrolled in Insperity’s product support program. If you’ve never used our Online Live Support before, please call our toll-free support line to connect with a technical support representative before accessing.

Hardware Support

We keep your time and attendance system up and running.

Insperity time clock and other data collection devices come with optional technical support packages connecting you with certified technicians who ensure your hardware always works properly. Through the Insperity Time Clock Support program, you get one-on-one attention and loaner time clocks if yours are being repaired or serviced.

For hardware support, call us toll-free at 800-314-8223, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, or send us an email. The Insperity Time Clock Support Program does not cover parts or service required as a result of abuse or misuse (e.g., spills, dropping the device, strikes or blows to the device, lack of proper maintenance, power surges, floods, fires, lightning or other acts of nature).
