Insperity time clock and other data collection devices come with technical support packages connecting you with certified technicians who ensure your hardware always works properly. Through the Insperity Time Clock Support Program, you get one-on-one attention and loaner or replacement time clocks if yours are damaged or being repaired.

The Insperity Time Clock Support Program does not cover parts or service required as a result of abuse or misuse (e.g., spills, dropping the device, strikes or blows to the device, lack of proper maintenance, power surges, floods, fires, lightning or other acts of nature).
