Loyalty nonprofit donation+
You have the option of donating your entire loyalty reward to an approved nonprofit organization (paid in U.S. dollars, not points). If you’re an employee, volunteer or member of a nonprofit organization’s board, Insperity will donate $200 to the nonprofit on your behalf once your referral completes the initial meeting.

If your referral becomes an Insperity® HR360 client and completes their first payroll by January 31, 2027, you could earn up to $30,000, depending on the size of the company. Here are the breakdowns:
