Ted has more than 25 years of experience as a compensation professional focusing on the linkage of pay to business strategy, the development of salary administration programs, the design of annual and sales force incentive plans, and competency- and team-based pay approaches. He received a B.A. in psychology from Kent State University, an M.S. in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin and has completed course work toward a Ph.D. in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.
