Sue brings more than twenty-five years of experience in business strategy, change management, leadership development and team effectiveness consulting that drives competitive growth. She has consulted to government and Fortune 500 companies and served over 10 years as an active duty Army officer achieving the rank of major, while leading in roles that included executive officer, leadership trainer and company commander. Sue has led a variety of business teams for Weyerhaeuser, Owens Corning and Nike in the areas of sales, manufacturing, operations, HR and organizational development. She is the founder of Boldtrek, Inc., a business performance improvement company based in Portland, Oregon. Her consulting clients include Nike, Verizon, PacificCorp and adjunct teaching with Portland Community College. Sue holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a master’s degree in organizational development from Oregon State University. She is an adjunct professor at Oregon State University, a certified business coach and leadership instructor. Sue regularly serves a variety of non-profit organizations that support underserved adults and kids, animals and the planet. She successfully completed the Post-Merger Integration Module (15 Hours) - Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA).
