Natalie is a talent management professional with more than 10 years’ experience supporting startups and professional services organizations with workforce planning, recruiting, engagement and retention. She got her start in talent acquisition while obtaining her master’s degree, then immersed herself in Silicon Valley as the managing director for a boutique staffing agency and head of talent for two startup companies. Upon relocating to Houston, she joined Insperity as director of recruiting, consulting with both internal and external customers on how to build a talent infrastructure, and what it means to be an innovative employer.
