Melissa Trocko is managing director, Traditional Employment Solutions at Insperity. After joining the organization in 1997, Melissa has held various leadership roles with increasing responsibilities. She has led large scale strategic change across multiple geographies and functions of the business. Her experience includes the servant leadership of training and development, vendor management, reporting and analytics and customer success. She has supported the organization in the areas of recruiting, payroll, human resource management, time and attendance and Insperity’s other business performance solutions. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Dallas.
