Matt began his I.T. career in 1997 and has years of experience in information technology leadership with an emphasis on software development of HR and workforce management solutions. His technology career spans from startups to Fortune 1000 companies and includes a variety of roles, from coder to product evangelist, business owner and chief technology officer. Over his career Matt has led product strategy and research and development efforts for a broad HR technology portfolio including human capital management, time and attendance, performance management, organizational planning and expense management solutions. Matt's current focus is on technology user experience, leading Insperity's mobile, UX/UI, analytics, sales enablement, content management and technology communications and advocacy teams.
