Kelly began her career in Human Resources in 2001 and joined Insperity in 2017. Kelly manages the client intake recruiting for Insperity. She leads a team of top-notch recruiting consultants that use market analysis to help clients identify the right skills sets, compensation, and aptitude needed to match their talent acquisition strategy. Prior to Insperity, Kelly worked with several staffing companies serving small-to mid-size businesses. She is certified in Human Resource Management by Rice University and is certified as a coach and trainer by the John Maxwell Team.
