Frankie Williams is an an EEO consultant at Insperity. Frankie has more than 20 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries. She joined Insperity in 2016 as a human resource specialist. In her current role as an EEO consultant, she helps growing businesses implement best practices that promote healthy employer/employee relationships in the area of compliance. Frankie has a master’s degree in organizational management, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is an ABA-certified paralegal. She is an active volunteer and has earned The George H.W. Bush Points of Light Awards twice for logging over two hundred hours of volunteer service annually. As a Toastmaster, she has earned their highest ranking of Distinguished Toastmaster.
