Erica began her career in Human Resources in 2004 and currently consults small- and medium-sized businesses on strategic organizational development, leadership development and workforce development. Her approach applies neuroscience techniques to analyze and improve organizational and personal effectiveness and leadership development. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from Temple University and an Master of Science in human resource development with a concentration on organizational psychology. Erica holds a Professional Certification in Human Resources, a coaching certification in neuroscience and transformational leadership and a brain-based leader certificate in performance and leadership.
