Clancy began his human resources career in 2010 as a compensation consultant and HR generalist. His current role at Insperity involves providing compensation project deliverables and guidance to clients. Clancy holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he also holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and business operations from Southern Methodist University.
