Cecilia brings over fifteen years of client experience management to her role as account executive at Insperity. Having spent the early years of her career in sales & marketing, she developed a passion for uncovering a client’s needs, sourcing viable solutions and delivering results in the execution. She then focused her time on developing operational skills and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Insperity in 2018, Cecilia was an independent consultant to entrepreneurs and businesses in the Southeast. She has worked with major international companies such as AVON, Nissan North America and JAFRA Cosmetics. Cecilia has proven success assisting corporations successfully implement their strategic plans and improve their position in the marketplace. She is known for her consultative skills, acumen in connecting vision to actionable plans and a passion for delivering results. She holds a B.B.A. in management from Terry School of Business at University of Georgia, is fluent in Spanish and serves with various organizations in her community.
