Cary has more than 30 years of experience in recruitment, covering a wide range of industries and disciplines. A pioneer in recruitment process outsourcing, he sold, implemented and managed the very first RPO relationship in the mid-1990s. Currently, Cary is a manager of recruiting services at Insperity, where he co-manages a team of 30 professionals supporting a large RPO account. He holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences from York College of Pennsylvania.
