Aisha F. Thompkins began her career in 2004 combining her HR experience in both public and private sectors. Her areas of expertise include organizational leadership, equal employment opportunity laws, employment best practices, conflict resolution, team building, and diversity and inclusion best practices. As an effective and proficient HR consultant, she assists executive-level staff to minimize potential liability and risks associated with employment decisions and overall organizational functionality. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Colorado State University, a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University and a professional certification in management development from Nova Southeastern University. She is a certified life coach and author of the book, "What's Next - Setting Goals and Creating the Vision for Your Life." Currently, Aisha works full time as the director of Equal Employment Opportunity Services for Insperity, where she services client companies across the domestic United States. In her spare time, Aisha loves to travel, run, read, attend sporting events (especially football) and spend time with her husband, family and friends.
