Mr. Sarvadi, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the Company and its subsidiaries, is a Class II director and has been a director since the Company's inception in 1986. He has also served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1989 and as President of the Company from 1989 until August 2003. He attended Rice University and the University of Houston prior to starting and operating several small companies. Mr. Sarvadi has served as President of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations ("NAPEO") and was a member of its Board of Directors for five years. In 2001, Mr. Sarvadi was selected as the 2001 National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® for service industries. In 2004, he received the Conn Family Distinguished New Venture Leader Award from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. In 2007, he was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame.

A. Steve Arizpe is the executive vice president and chief operating officer of Insperity. Arizpe joined Insperity in 1989, serving in a variety of roles, including district sales manager, regional sales manager, and vice president of Sales. Arizpe's promotion to chief operating officer has gained him the responsibility of also overseeing additional departments. Before joining Insperity, Arizpe served in sales and sales management roles for NCR Corporation and Clarke-American. Arizpe has also served as a director in the Texas Chapter of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations ("NAPEO"), on the board of CultureShapers, an organization devoted to area high school students pursuing their interests in the visual and performing arts and on the board of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Arizpe graduated from Texas A&M University in 1979 earning his degree in Business Management course.

Jay E. Mincks is the executive vice president of sales and marketing at Insperity. As head of the Company's growth division, Mr. Mincks is charged with executing ambitious sales goals nationwide each year through developing innovative selling strategies, launching effective lead generation and cross-selling programs and promoting a solid corporate brand. He also oversees the production of special events, such as the Insperity ChampionshipTM presented by UnitedHealthcare®, an award-winning Champions Tour event, as well as community involvement initiatives across the country. Mr. Mincks joined Insperity in 1990 as a district sales manager. His early success led to numerous promotions, including regional sales manager in 1993 and vice president of sales and marketing in 1997. Mr. Mincks was elected to his current position in early 1999. As a result of his leadership, Insperity has experienced tremendous growth, with company revenues increasing dramatically from $300 million to more than $2 billion. In 1993, Mr. Mincks led the opening of the first office outside of Houston and the expansion to 56 offices in 25 major markets throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Mincks serves as chairman of the Greater Houston Golf Charities and vice president of Somebody Cares America. He holds a business degree from the University of Houston.

Doug Sharp joined Insperity in 2000. Before joining Insperity, Sharp was chief financial officer of Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. and IISYS, Inc., a national forensic engineering firm and software company. Previously, he served as controller of Fifth Generation Systems, Inc., an international software company specializing in the development and sale of utility software. Sharp began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, L.L.P. in Houston, where he served in the audit practice for seven years. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a certified public accountant.

Dan Herink joined Insperity in 2000 as assistant general Counsel and was promoted to associate general Counsel in 2002. He was elected to his current position in May 2007. In his prior responsibilities with Insperity, Herink led the Company's litigation and property and casualty insurance practice areas and also worked extensively on transactional matters. He previously served as an attorney at Rodriguez, Colvin & Chaney, L.L.P. and McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore, L.L.P. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Texas Law Review and The Order of the Coif. He is also a certified public accountant.

Greg Clouse joined Insperity in 1994. He was named district manager in 1997 for the company's Dallas sales office, and was promoted to regional manager for the Austin, Dallas and San Antonio markets in 1999. Clouse was promoted to his current position in May 2002. Prior to joining Insperity, he served as director of operations for Network Security, a commercial and residential alarm company. Clouse earned an associate's degree from Columbus Technical Institute and earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Le Tourneau University. He has served on the board of directors for the American Heart Association and as a mentor in his local independent school district.

Betty Collins joined Insperity in 1991 and has served in several management positions within the corporate human resources department, overseeing recruiting, compensation, human resources administration and compliance. In 1997 she was named director of the department and became managing director in 2004. Collins was promoted to her current position in September 2005. Prior to joining Insperity, Collins worked for several years in the energy industry with Dowell Schlumberger. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chadwick University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Samuel Larson was named vice president of finance in 1997. Larson became vice president of enterprise project management in February 2000, responsible for prioritization, planning, coordination and execution of major project initiatives that span multiple areas of the company. Prior to joining Insperity, Larson served as the controller and chief accounting officer for a publicly held start-up company and as financial reporting manager for NL Industries, a publicly held chemical company. Prior to those positions, he worked in the audit practice of Ernst & Young for six years. Larson is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant.

Jim Allison joined Insperity in 1997 and has held positions of increased responsibility, including manager of Financial Reporting, director of Accounting, managing director of Planning and Analysis, managing director of Finance and senior vice president of Pricing and Cost Analysis. Allison has served on the Accounting Practices Committee of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), and prior to joining Insperity, he worked in the audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Allison earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas and is a certified public accountant.

Larry Shaffer joined Insperity in 1999 as a sales representative and has advanced within the company in several roles, including district sales manager, general manager and vice president, MidMarket Service Operations. As vice president, MidMarket Service Operations, Shaffer managed the revisioning and deployment of the MidMarket Service model. Prior to joining Insperity, he worked for a professional employer organization in San Francisco. Shaffer works with several non-profit agencies, including serving as the board advisor for Prison Entrepreneurship Program, and serving on the board of directors for Matters of Truth. Shaffer earned a Bachelor's degree from Pacific Christian College in Fullerton, California, a Master of Arts degree in Christian Studies from Luther Rice University in Lithonia, GA, and a Master of Business Administration with honors in finance and accounting from Regis University in Denver.

Ross L. Astramecki joined Insperity in 1994 as a sales consultant in Orlando. He was promoted to district manager in 1999 and helped successfully lead the company’s expansion into the St. Louis and San Diego markets. Astramecki’s success led to numerous promotions, including regional sales manager for Northern and Southern California in 2005, national sales development manager in 2008, regional vice president in 2010 and vice president of sales in 2012. For more than 20 years, he has been instrumental in executing the company’s sales strategy, and his solid leadership skills have resulted in the growth of a highly trained and efficient sales team. Astramecki was promoted to his current position in March 2015, and directs a sales force of more than 350 professionals. He serves as a board member for Be An Angel, a nonprofit organization that serves thousands of special needs children throughout Texas.

Kathy Johnson joined Insperity in 2002 as general manager for the Eastern Service Region, and has advanced within the company in several technology and operations roles, including VP, MidMarket Operations. Prior to joining Insperity, she held executive positions in marketing and human resources at AT&T and The New Power Company. Johnson was promoted to her current position in December of 2015 and directs sales and operations for the middle market segment of the business

Tom Gearty joined Insperity in 2004 as a sales consultant in Phoenix. His success led to numerous promotions including district manager in San Francisco in 2005; regional manager promotions in Northern California in 2008, Arizona and Colorado in 2010, Southern California in 2012, and regional vice president of the western United States in 2014. Gearty was promoted to senior vice president in October 2017 to assume the strategic, operational and financial leadership of the traditional employment solutions division. Before joining Insperity, Gearty worked in the financial services industry for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University and volunteers with Reading to Kids, a nonprofit organization that creates learning opportunities for thousands of underserved children.
