1. Is Insperity OrgPlus easy to use and understand?

2. Can’t I just use PowerPoint or Visio to create my organizational charts?
Creating charts in PowerPoint requires manual entry and complex page linking to create the desired chart look and feel. After about 20 employees, charts become illegibly small, as PowerPoint lacks the capability to create sub-charts. Visio is good for drawing simple diagrams, but it lacks the flexibility needed for creating and managing organizational charts. Once you draw your chart in Visio, you’re stuck.
