Phase 1 – Discovery: During this phase, requirements are defined using a top-down approach. Insperity becomes educated on your current policies and procedures concerning employment screening. Once we have a firm understanding of your needs, our experts work closely with you to meet or develop these policies and define the procedures.
Phase 2 – Specification: Once an employment screening policy is defined, Insperity works closely with you to develop how it will best be implemented. In this stage, we create a set of reports that adhere to your policies, define the process flow of information, determine key hiring decision makers and analyze budget and costs. This is the key phase to making sure you understand the screening process and developing the blueprint for the Development Phase.
Phase 3 – Development: Using the knowledge gained during the first two phases, Insperity develops all the materials required, such as forms, releases and custom Web applications to best implement your solution.
Phase 4 – Training, Implementation and Review: Insperity trains users and reviewers on the processes involved in its custom solution. We also assist with company-wide implementation of the employment screening solution in keeping with your timelines.
During this phase, Insperity monitors all processes to make sure your employees adhere to company policies. If you have operations in multiple locations, we also monitor local laws and practices for changes that may affect each office.
