2. Are there any additional costs, such as state or county fees?The price we quote is what you pay. Insperity doesn’t pass on court or courier fees. All fees are included in the price so there are no hidden costs and no surprises.
3. How are requests submitted and results retrieved?
Ultimately, what works best for you works best for us. We have developed an excellent Web-based ordering, monitoring and report-retrieving system, but we also work with customers by fax – and even overnight delivery – when those solutions best serve our customers’ needs.
4. If I need a custom process, are there additional costs to set it up?
No. In fact, Insperity has developed and maintained custom solutions and custom Web development for many customers free of charge.

5. What can I realistically expect with regard to turnaround time?
As a basic rule of thumb, reports that are obtained through electronic means, such as credit reports, are processed and returned almost immediately. Reports that require on-site research, such as courthouse records, can be expected in one to two business days.
6. If a question or concern arises, what do I do?
Insperity provides toll-free access to its customer service and technical support departments who are required to answer every call before it goes to voicemail. Each of these departments also responds to e-mail inquiries promptly.
