Your scheduler supports the recruiters by scheduling candidates for interviews, ensuring that the recruiters spend the majority of their time speaking with candidates.
Your advertising representative supports the recruiters by creating and advertising job opening to attract targeted attention. He or she will also recommend the best strategy for posting positions and assist with market research.
