» How can I update my profile?
Go to Insperity.com/careers and select Career Center. You will then be able to edit your profile, revise your résumé or add other attachments. You can update your profile as frequently as you wish.
» I updated my résumé. How do I know if the new résumé was uploaded correctly?
If you successfully uploaded any new attachment, including an updated résumé, the following message will appear on your screen: "Success! The specified file has been attached."
» I just successfully uploaded my résumé. Does this mean I have automatically applied to a position?
No. You must then select Career Search to browse, select and apply for specific positions.
» How can I change my password?
Select Career Center followed by Change My Password.
» Your system is saying my e-mail is not unique. What do I do?
On Insperity.com/careers, select Career Center, followed by Retrieve my Password. Enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent to you.
» I have updated my résumé. Can I reapply for a position for which I previously applied to so that my updated resume is given full consideration?
You can only apply to each position once. However, if you upload a new résumé or update an existing one, it will automatically update in the system. To upload or update a résumé, select Career Center followed by View/Edit My Resume Profile.
