» Is Insperity a staffing agency?
No, Insperity is not a staffing agency. Insperity provides an array of human resource and business solutions designed to help improve business performance. Insperity Business Performance Advisors offer the most comprehensive Workforce Optimization solution in the marketplace that delivers administrative relief, big company benefits, reduced liabilities and a systematic way to improve productivity. Additional offerings include MidMarket Solutions, Performance Management, Expense Management, Time and Attendance, Organizational Planning, Recruiting Services, Employment Screening, Retirement Services, Business Insurance and Technology Services.
» How do I submit a résumé?
Go to Insperity.com/careers, select Create Profile then Upload Your Résumé. Follow the instructions to create a user name and password and to create your employment profile.
» I uploaded my résumé. Where do I go from here?
On Insperity.com/careers, select Career Search to browse and apply for open positions. You have several search options, including by keyword, location or job category.
» I applied to a position on your website. How do I know if you received my résumé?

If you successfully applied to a position, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which reads: “Thank you for applying to the (position name).” If you do not receive this e-mail, you did not successfully complete the application process.

You can view all positions for which you have successfully applied by selecting Career Center from Insperity.com/careers, followed by Resume Submission History.

» Can I submit a résumé without applying for a specific position?
Yes. Go to Insperity.com/careers, select Create Profile then Upload Your Résumé. Follow the instructions to create a user name and password and to create your employment profile. A recruiter may contact you regarding other positions for which your background is a fit.
» Will I be considered for other positions when applying for a specific position?
Yes. If you upload your résumé and create a profile, our recruiters may contact you regarding other positions for which your background is a fit.
» Do I have to create a profile to search and submit my résumé?
You do not have to create a profile to search our open positions, but you must create a profile in order to submit your résumé for a specific position or to submit your information to our résumé database.
» After I apply for a position, will I receive a response?
If your background meets the requirements for the position for which you have applied, one of our recruiters will contact you. If a recruiter does not contact you, please continue to search our careers site for other opportunities.
» Can I submit my résumé for more than one position at a time?
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions.
» How do I know which positions I have applied for?
You can view all positions for which you have successfully applied by selecting Career Center from Insperity.com/careers, followed by Resume Submission History.
» How can I be sure that the position for which I applied has not been filled?
Positions are removed from our site as soon as they are filled. If a recruiter does not contact you, please continue to search our careers site for other opportunities.
» How will I be notified for future positions?

To receive a notification of positions for which you may be a fit, create a Job Search Agent. This option is located under Career Search at the bottom of the form. You will be able to save your job search criteria, and whenever new positions are added to our database, the system will automatically e-mail the details on positions that meet your search criteria.

In addition, if you have created a profile and uploaded your résumé, one of our recruiters may also contact you via phone or e-mail for positions that are in align with your skill set.

» If I am selected for an interview, what is the process?
The interview process varies whether you are applying for a corporate position with Insperity or applying for a position with one of our client companies. Either way, a recruiter will contact you to initiate the process.
» Where can I learn more about Insperity?

» Is a college degree required for positions?
A degree is required for some positions, but not all. Please review the requirements for each individual position.
» Will a background check be conducted on me?
A background check, including a criminal check, credit check, Motor Vehicle Report check, education verification and employment verification, is conducted on all candidates interviewing for positions with Insperity. For positions with our client companies, the background check process can vary by company and by position.
» Will you contact my current or previous employers once I submit my résumé?
No, we will not contact any of your prior employers or references without your knowledge or consent. However, as you progress through the interview process and complete the application for employment, we may contact your past employers and we may require paystubs or W-2s for current employment.
» I currently work for an Insperity client. Can I apply for positions with other clients or with Insperity corporate?
Insperity requires that any employee of our client companies must submit a letter from their company owner before we can consider them for other positions. If such a letter is submitted, you will be considered for the position for which you have applied if your background meets the position requirements.
» Who has access to my information?
Our recruiters have access to your information and will contact you regarding positions for which your background is a fit. If our recruiters determine that your skill set meets position requirements, we will share your information with our client companies.
