Insperity Benefits
We believe that our smartest investments are made in our employees, our most valuable assets. We offer a quality employee benefits package that includes health care, dental and vision coverage, pharmacy benefits, health care flexible spending account plan, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, educational assistance and much more.

 

Health care, dental and vision coverage and pharmacy benefits

Eligible employees may make pre-tax contributions toward their group health plan benefits, have a choice of in- and out-of-network coverage and pay a flat office visit co-payment. Depending on the health care insurance carrier, participants may or may not need to designate a primary care physician. Prescriptions will be filled at any participating pharmacy in the U.S. for only a co-payment fee. There are no claims to file at participating pharmacies.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account Plan

This plan allows participants to make pre-tax contributions for reimbursement of their qualified health care expenses incurred during the plan year. The Health Care FSA is open to most eligible full-time employees, regardless of medical coverage participation.

Life and Disability Insurance

Employees receive basic term life insurance equal to one times their base annual earnings, and may pay the full cost of voluntary additional coverage through after-tax payroll deductions. Disability coverage is also provided to eligible employees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP offers no-cost assistance to employees with concerns that have the potential to interfere with workplace effectiveness and can improve quality of life both on and off the job. Trained personnel help with issues ranging from emotional well-being to stress management to parent and child care to financial issues to marriage and family concerns.

Educational Assistance

Eligible employees can be reimbursed a maximum of $1,500 per calendar year for approved undergraduate or graduate courses taken as part of a degree program at an accredited institution. Employees can be reimbursed up to $500 per calendar year for approved continuing education expenses, including courses taken at an accredited trade or vocational school, business school or through a professional association.
Total combined reimbursement may not exceed $1,500 for courses completed in a calendar year.

Adoption Assistance

Employees may receive up to $1,500 for qualifying adoption expenses incurred through private adoption or through licensed adoption agencies.

Commuter Benefits

WageWorks® administers Insperity’s program and offers discounted passes to pay for qualified mass transit and parking expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Paid Time Off

A generous paid-time-off policy includes 19 days your first year with Insperity; an additional four hours per month to volunteer your time; and eight company holidays

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Corporate employees who have been employed for at least one consecutive month, and who have customary employment of five months or longer per calendar year are eligible to participate in the Insperity Employee Stock Purchase Plan, administered through Fidelity Investments.

Insperity 401(k) Plan

Employees receive a generous company match to funds they contribute for their retirement.

Employee Recognition Program

The Employee Recognition Awards Program provides employees throughout the company an opportunity to be recognized by either their co-workers or management. The first level, the Achievement Award, has a monthly recognition reward. The second level, Outstanding Achievement Award, has a quarterly award, and to be eligible, you must have been an Achievement Award winner for that quarter. The third level, the Chairman’s Excellence Award, is a yearly award, and to be eligible, you must have been an Outstanding Achievement Award winner.

Business Casual Work Environment

Employees are allowed to dress in a manner that is normally acceptable in similar business environments that allow casual clothes that are suitable for the office.

Training

Insperity offers instructor-led training, virtual learning and online learning to help employees and supervisors learn new skills, refresh skills they already possess and progress toward becoming top performers. Insperity’s online training solutions offer more than 3,700 courses in areas such as business skills, IT desktop, safety and IT programming. In addition, our comprehensive online resource includes simulations that offer task-based scenarios for realistic practice.

Insperity is a certified provider of continuing education and training programs by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). Our accreditation allows us to provide Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for courses attended, which may be considered toward licensing or continued education required to maintain certification in many professions.
