Donation and Recognition Programs
The mission of Insperity is to help businesses succeed so communities prosper. That’s because Insperity employees care deeply about the businesses and communities they serve. To encourage their passion and commitment, Insperity established several employee-driven donation programs.* Through these programs, corporate employees enthusiastically determine where corporate funding is distributed.

Matching Gifts
The Insperity Matching Gifts Program helps corporate employees increase their financial contributions to their communities by doubling gifts to charitable organizations. Corporate employees submit their tax deductible monetary donations to eligible non-profit organizations, and Insperity matches those gifts dollar-for-dollar.
Volunteering Pays
Eligible corporate employees may apply for one award of $500 to their favorite organization per calendar year after completing 50 volunteer hours with the same eligible organization for 12 consecutive months or less.
Volunteer Recognition Awards
Insperity places a high value on philanthropy and we believe that our exceptional volunteers should be rewarded. The Volunteer Recognition Awards program was established to recognize and award those Insperity corporate employees who have shown exemplary performance in giving back to their community.
The program is divided into three levels: The Volunteer of the Month, the Volunteer of the Quarter and the Volunteer of the Year. The winner of each level is given the privilege of donating an Insperity grant to the charity of their choice. Charities must fit within corporate giving guidelines.
Login for Charity
The Login for Charity grants are a way to thank our corporate employees who record and submit their volunteer hours for the volunteer projects in which they have participated. These employees become eligible for a $100 grant to the charity of their choice. Winners are chosen on a monthly basis.
